All services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon prior to booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• A signed agreement (if applicable) is received, and

• A non-refundable deposit has been paid

3.2 Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is due before the event date (typically [X weeks] prior)

• Payments can be made via the methods specified at booking

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable

• If cancelled close to the event date, the full balance may still be due

4.2 Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.

5. Coverage & Delivery

5.1 Coverage

We will make every reasonable effort to capture key moments but cannot guarantee specific images due to the nature of live events.

5.2 Delivery Time

Edited images will typically be delivered within [X–X weeks], unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Editing Style

You acknowledge that you are familiar with our style and agree that final images will be edited in our artistic style.

6. Client Responsibilities

​

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details and timings

• Ensure access to venues and permissions where required

• Inform us of any important people or moments to capture

We are not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation or restrictions.

7. Copyright & Usage

​

7.1 Ownership

All images remain the intellectual property (copyright) of Josh Iskander Photography.

7.2 Client Licence

You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to:

• Download

• Share

• Print images

7.3 Restrictions

Images must not be:

• Sold

• Edited with filters or altered

• Used for commercial purposes without permission

8. Portfolio Use

We may use images for:

• Website portfolio

• Social media

• Marketing materials

​

If you prefer your images not to be used, please inform us in writing before your event.

9. Equipment & Backup

We use professional equipment and take reasonable precautions, including backups.

However, in the unlikely event of:

• Equipment failure

• Data loss

• Circumstances beyond our control

Liability is limited as outlined below.

10. Liability

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver services, liability is limited to the amount paid.

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Uncontrollable events (weather, venue restrictions, etc.)

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Illness

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

11. Image Storage

We will store your images for a reasonable period after delivery. Long-term storage is not guaranteed, so clients are responsible for backing up their files.

12. Complaints

Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve them promptly.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
